Hi all. I would like to share with you a question that, in my opinion, worries many young guys at my age. I will soon graduate from school, but I don’t have the slightest idea in what area I want to develop further and what direction to choose at university. Can you share your experience, how did you find yourself and what should I try?

Absolutely, I understand the uncertainty you're feeling. When I was in your shoes, I explored different subjects, hobbies, and career paths. Don't rush the decision. Try internships, talk to professionals, and take personality or career assessments to discover your strengths and interests. It's okay not to have it all figured out right away. Trust yourself, and take one step at a time towards finding your passion and purpose.

Hi Kat. Thanks for your advise. I have already tried to watch different videos on the topic of choosing a profession and videos from employees with reviews about their profession. I will definitely talk to different people from different areas to understand where it will be easier for me to find myself and how I feel imagining myself in their place

What is your favourite film? I want to watch something tonight and get away from my studies, do you have any ideas?

Have you seen the film "Greta"? I recommend it! But if something of the easier ones, look at "No hard feelings"

Hiii
I'm doing well, thank you! To unwind from the daily grind, I enjoy reading mystery novels, going for long walks in nature, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. How about you? What do you do to relax and recharge?

Sport helps me a lot to distract myself. this frees your head from extraneous thoughts and has a positive effect on your physical and mental state. Separately, I would highlight swimming. When I swim I fell that water takes away negative energy from my body and gives peace of mind

Hey, «К»
I've been wanting to start meditating, but I'm not sure where to begin. Do you have any recommendations for good sources or techniques to get started with meditation?"

I highly recommend checking out this YouTube channel “Goodful”.
They have a great series of meditations in their playlist. Here's the link: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQiGxGHwiuD1OIV-vWbhZqy6iSkazC_Jd&si=RomjBegimE0buzsU

Hello, call me Connor in this network (I've always liked that name, haha)! I stumbled upon this blog quite by accident while searching for ways to cope with stress. After reading one of the articles, I became curious: do really so many people experience stress in their daily lives? And what do you think is the main catalyst for this condition? Let's discuss.

Hello Connor! It's great to hear from you. It's indeed true that many people experience stress daily. I think a major catalyst for stress these days tends to be the fast-paced nature of modern life—constant connectivity and expectations, both professional and personal, can really add up. What's your take on this?

Hi Connor! I'm glad you brought up this question. In my life, I've dealt with stress during my time at university. The workload was immense, and I often felt pressured due to exams and coursework. Over time, it started to affect my overall well-being and sleep.

Nowadays, I approach stress management differently. I've started planning my day to include time for relaxation and hobbies. I also sought help from a psychologist who assisted me in developing stress reduction strategies, such as meditation and regular walks outdoors. These methods not only improved my well-being but also helped me be more productive in my studies and personal life.

Stress really impacts many people, and sometimes we don't even realize how deeply it can affect our lives. How do you handle stress, Connor? Do you have any methods or approaches that help you?

When stress creeps up, I find that taking a moment to practice deep breathing exercises helps to center my mind and calm my nerves. Additionally, I like to jot down my thoughts in a journal or talk things out with a trusted friend or family member.
